  • Studio Lease

    Month-to-month studio lease available for artists. There are currently three studio spaces available to artists for subleasing. All spaces are open to artists of all mediums and can be used as wet or dry spaces.

    Please inquire for availability and check in to see who’s currently in the space.

    Rate:

    $400 per month

    Includes:

    Wi-fi, power, lockable space, portable evaporative cooler, amenities and subsidised access to exhibition/event space.

  • Drop-In Space

    Got a project that needs a little extra, can’t afford to spill paint on the carpet or working from just not cutting it? Get in contact for drop-in access to help get that project over the line.

    Rates:

    1-3hrs: $50p/hr

    Half Day (4-5hrs): $200

    Full Day (8-10hrs): $350

    Includes:

    Amenities, street parking, rollerdoor bump in/out access, wi-fi.
